We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please contact info@shopbyothers.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with the refund process or exchange procedures.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in the state in which they were delivered: new, unused, and in perfect condition. All product parts, instruction manuals, designer tags, original package, and protective materials, among other components, must be included in the return shipment. In addition, the returned product should be packaged with due care, as received, and should be unassembled if it had required assembly. For health and safety reasons, we apply a granular hygiene review process for personal use items, such as beddings, textiles, and baby products. We reserve the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the return conditions, in which case you will be immediately notified, and the product will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Packaging instruction

Once you are ready to return an item, please make sure to package the item in due care and, to the extent possible, in the manner it was delivered to you. Please make sure you pack all product parts, instruction manuals, designer tags, original package, and protective materials, among other components, in their original box or package, as applicable, when returned, which must be packed inside a shipping box. We strongly advise you use a strong and high-quality cardboard box, with enough space to insert cushion materials between the original product package and the shipping box. If the product is fragile, please use ample air bubble films, and label the shipping box as “FRAGILE”. Finally, please make sure to use strong adhesive tape all around the shipping box centers and edges. We reserve the right to decline returns if the product was damaged during the return shipment, in which case you will be immediately notified, and the product will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Product claims

In the event you receive wrong, damaged, or faulty products, please contact info@shopbypthers.com as soon as possible, and within 3 days of delivery at any case, and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the claim. If possible, please also notify the delivery agent at the time of delivery to raise a claim with our logistics partner. We will evaluate the case and will take all necessary means and measures to address the issue.

Refund process

If you wish to return an item, you have the choice to receive a store credit towards any purchase, or reimbursement to the used payment method. The refunded amount will include value-added tax or sale tax, but will not include delivery cost or custom fees, where applicable. Please note either the store credit will be available to use, or the reimbursement will be processed, as soon as the returned item has arrived at our warehouse in a satisfactory state as per our return conditions. Reimbursement to the used payment method will be processed in accordance with the policies and procedures of the payment provider.
